Chloe, from our Wallasey store, recently had the opportunity to explore the magical Disney Land Paris and what an unforgettable experience it was!

Day 1 – The Adventure Begins

My journey started at St Pancras in London, ready to catch the Eurostar to Paris. Before heading through security and immigration, I grabbed some food from the shops where there’s not much available once you’ve passed through, so it’s worth stocking up beforehand.

Once the gate was announced, it was just a short walk to the train and boarding was smooth. The Eurostar itself was fantastically spacious, comfortable, and a really pleasant way to travel. Before I knew it, we were on our way to Paris! The journey was quick, and soon we arrived at Gare du Nord. Disembarking was easy, and we headed straight to our private transfer for Disneyland Paris.

The drive took about an hour, and then we arrived at the stunning Newport Bay Hotel. While waiting for our room keys, we were treated to a private meeting with Mickey Mouse himself, a magical start that made us feel like true Disney VIPs!

We received all the details for the upcoming Summit we were attending, then collected our room keys and headed off to check them out. The rooms were beautiful, continuing with the hotel’s nautical theme. A lovely surprise awaited us when we turned on the TV a personalized welcome video! The room was spacious, perfect for a family of four, and even had a balcony overlooking the river.

After settling in, we made our way to the parks to catch the enchanting Christmas parade. Approaching the entrance, we were greeted by the breath taking Disneyland Hotel, dressed in festive decorations. Everything sparkled with Christmas magic trees, garlands, and lights everywhere you looked.

Main Street Magic & Christmas Parade

We strolled down Main Street, and it truly felt like stepping into a winter wonderland. Snowflakes gently fell from above, adding to the festive atmosphere. Everywhere you looked, people were smiling, soaking up the Christmas spirit it was pure joy.

We made our way to our reserved viewing area for the parade, and soon the magic began. The parade flew down Main Street, with all the beloved Disney characters dressed in their

finest Christmas outfits. The energy was incredible music, dancing, and laughter filled the air.

One of the highlights was watching Daisy Duck perform her lively dance routine right on the stage in front of us. She was full of sparkles and sass! And then, as the grand finale, Father Christmas himself appeared at the end of the parade, waving to the crowd.

It was absolutely magical, a perfect way to kick off three unforgettable days at Disneyland Paris.

After the parade, we headed back to the hotel for a warm and relaxing evening meal at Cape Cod. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious, a perfect way to thaw out and recharge after spending time in the crisp winter air.

Day 2 – VIP Experiences & Hotel Tours

Waking up on our second day, the excitement was palpable; we had an incredible itinerary ahead! We started with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, and there was so much on offer: fresh pastries, hot dishes, fruit, and plenty of options to fuel up for the day.

After breakfast, we met up with our team and set off for a VIP tour of two iconic Disney hotels: the elegant Disneyland Hotel and the stylish Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel.

The tours were amazing! We explored the stunning features of each property, from the grand lobbies to the beautifully themed spaces. The highlight was getting an exclusive look inside the luxurious suites each one designed with incredible attention to detail and full of Disney magic.

Exploring the Parks & A Royal Lunch

After our hotel tours, we had some free time to dive into the magic of the parks. Disney had given us direct access to the rides, which meant we could experience as many attractions and shows as we wanted without the usual wait times a real treat!

We made the most of it, hopping on iconic rides and catching incredible shows, soaking up every moment of Disney magic.

Later, we headed back to the Disneyland Hotel for a truly special experience: lunch at The Royal Banquet. This was an absolute must-do! From the delicious food to the enchanting

atmosphere, it felt like dining in a fairytale. And the highlight? Meeting Mickey and all his friends up close was unforgettable!

After our magical lunch at The Royal Banquet, we headed back into the parks determined to experience as many rides as possible before the day ended. Thanks to our direct access passes, we could skip the queues and dive straight into the fun!

We started with Crush’s Coaster, an exhilarating underwater adventure that had us spinning and laughing the whole way through. Next up was the spooky Phantom Manor (Disney’s Haunted Mansion), where eerie surprises and ghostly illusions were made for a thrilling experience. Finally, we took on the legendary Big Thunder Mountain, a high-speed runaway train ride through the Wild West that had us screaming with excitement!

It was the perfect way to end an unforgettable second day at Disneyland Paris packed with magic, laughter, and adrenaline.

To end the most magical day, we gathered in front of the castle for the breathtaking fireworks display. The night sky lit up with dazzling colors, and the music made it feel like a true fairytale come to life.

Of course, we made sure to have hot chocolate and a Mickey-shaped cookie in hand, the perfect cozy treat to keep us warm while enjoying the spectacular show. It was the ultimate Disney moment and the perfect way to close out an unforgettable day.

Day 3 – A Perfect Farewell

Our final morning at Disneyland Paris was all about soaking up those last magical moments. We headed to Disney Village to browse the shops and pick up some last-minute gifts and souvenirs because no Disney trip is complete without a little shopping!

After ticking off our shopping list, we grabbed a quick and tasty lunch from Earl of Sandwich, the perfect spot for a satisfying bite before the journey home. With our bags full of Disney magic and hearts full of memories, we boarded the bus back to Eurostar station.

As the train whisked us back to London, we reflected on an unforgettable adventure—three days of pure Disney enchantment that we’ll cherish forever.
