Virgin Atlantic has long been recognised as an airline that creates an enjoyable atmosphere for its passengers. And you don’t need to fly in business or first class to enjoy additional extras. Virgin Atlantic has pulled out the stops to ensure that all their economy passengers enjoy little extras too – and don’t pay for extras that they don’t need – thanks to their three economy packages.
No matter which economy package you choose, you will still enjoy the following:
- Onboard WiFi (from £4.99)
- Free 10kg hand luggage
- 300+ hours of TV and films
- Complimentary drinks and snacks
- A choice of tasty 3-course meals
- In-seat power for your devices
- Kids goodie packs (flights from the UK)
See below for what you’ll enjoy with each of the different Virgin Atlantic economy packages.
Economy Light
Flying across the Atlantic doesn’t need to be expensive with Economy Light. Meals, drinks and snacks are included, but you only have hand luggage. You’ll also choose your own seat at check-in but can pay £30 if you’d prefer to choose it in advance. Perfect if you’re going on an international city break.
Economy Classic
As with Economy Light your meals, drinks and snacks are included, but in Economy Classic also be able to bring a 23kg checked bag. Plus, you can select your own seat at any time and you can upgrade your service with mileage points.
Economy Delight
With Economy Delight, you’ll still enjoy all meals, drinks and snacks, and 23kg checked luggage. But you’ll enjoy extra legroom with 34″ seat pitch (plus, you’ll get to pick your seat in advance). On top of that, you’ll enjoy premium check-in and priority boarding so you’ll be able to pack away your cabin bag and snuggle in before the plane fills.
