Louvre Abu Dhabi
Visitors of all ages can marvel at the spectacular Louvre Abu Dhabi, designed by Pritzker-prize winning architect Jean Nouvel and containing works of historical, cultural and sociological significance from ancient times to the contemporary era. Al Ain Oasis
For a relaxing day with your little ones, take them to this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The historic oasis is made up of 147,000 date palms complemented by another 100 different varieties of flora, and there’s an educational Eco-Centre that highlights the measures being taken to preserve the delicate oasis ecosystem.
CLYMB
The brand-new CLYMB Abu Dhabi offers older kids and kids at heart a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to test their nerve with two record-breaking attractions – the world’s tallest indoor climbing wall, measuring a mountainous 141 feet in height, plus the world’s biggest indoor skydiving chamber, with a width of 32 ft, double the size of a standard one, and an unmatched height of 82 ft. Wadi Adventure
Wadi Adventure is home to the Middle East’s first man-made white water rafting park, located at the base of the commanding Jebel Hafeet mountain in Al Ain. The adventure park features three white water channels for rafting and kayaking and an aerial adventure course, which includes a challenging 18 obstacle, two level airpark, a 200-metre long zip line, vertical climbing wall and a 14-metre high giant swing.
Bounce Abu Dhabi
Located in the heart of the city at Marina Mall, BOUNCE Abu Dhabi gives visitors the rush of getting airborne – from aerial manoeuvres to slam dunking, wall running and dodgeball warfare. With more than 100 interconnected trampolines, BOUNCE is a spring-loaded urban playground where hard surfaces are replaced with circus-grade sponge, giant air bags and springs.
Hili Fun City
This flagship family entertainment destination in Al Ain has been a firm favourite since opening in 1985 when it became the Gulf’s first theme park. Newly renovated, the park boasts 28 attractions for all ages, a family show amphitheatre, picnic and play areas.
